If Hillary is having an affair with Abedin it would not be evidence of her lesbianism as much as of her common sense and sound judgment.

The idea that Mrs Clinton is having a lesbian affair is about as credible as the idea that Obama is a closet-Muslim. But this is South Carolina, remember? But if she wants to scotch the lesbian rumors, she really should tip better. Or more transparently anyway.

I can affirm the part about Lesbians being lousy tippers: I played a few gigs for tips at a coffeehouse in Chicago around the turn of the century. On the night when we had a largely lesbian audience (one of the acts was apparently big with the lesbians), we had painfully low income. Like $5 for the band vs $40 on the other nights.

There's an economic niche here, if someone wants it. If you're a good looking straight guy in need of easy money, find a gay restaurant or bar and become a waiter or bar-tender. Gay men are great tippers, and they're even better tippers if you're hot. (Don't even think of getting tips from lesbians. There are exceptions, of course, but in general, look elsewhere.) I have a straight friend who made a small fortune as a deck-chair dude on the beach in Rehoboth. As so often, capitalism is the true corroder of prejudice.
